The biggest question that we get asked is “How do I know how much to order?”.  Of course every event is different, but here are a couple general rules of thumb…

• If you want to combine a centerpiece cake along with mini desserts then generally figure 3 pieces per guest.
• If you are serving mini desserts only, then calculate 5 pieces per guest.
