Frequently Asked Questions

• Do you have cookies that I can pick-up today or do I have to place an order?

  We have a variety of cookies and other sweets in our showcases.  But if you want a large amount or specific cut-out cookie designs, then placing an order is best.

• How far in advance do I need to place my order?

  We always ask for 3 – 7 days for special orders.  We will book out on some weekends, holidays and especially graduation time in May. However, many times we can get things for you the next day if you call first thing in the morning.  You just have to give us a call for availability.

• Can I get a specific flavor of muffins or brownies?

  Yes, you can, if you give us advance notice.   We vary the flavors  of products that we bake each week.  And, because we have so many different products, our bake schedule can be set at least a week in advance depending on bakery needs and other customer orders.  Just give us a call to check on availability.
